Yes. Lab pod residents can access shared scientific equipment and common lab resources available to Innovation Space residents. This helps early-stage teams expand their technical capabilities without needing to purchase or manage every piece of equipment on their own.
Yes. Many companies start in smaller lab spaces and expand as their teams, research programs and infrastructure needs grow. The Innovation Space offers a path from lab pods to half labs, full labs and lab suites within the same facility.
Yes. Lab pods are private lab spaces designed for small teams. Residents also have access to shared office areas, meeting rooms, common spaces and other workplace amenities within The Innovation Space.
Yes. Lab pods are located within a secure facility with controlled access and safety systems designed to support safe, compliant lab operations. Our team also provides safety onboarding and guidance to help residents work safely with biological, chemical or materials science workflows.
Lab pod residents can access lab operations support, safety guidance, shared resources, community programming, mentorship, commercialization support and connections to programs such as Science Inc., Spark Factory, the Early-Stage Growth Grant and The First Fund.
