The data highlights the potential of its first-in-class, orally bioavailable KAT6A degrader in treating hormone receptor-positive (HR+)/HER2- breast cancer.

Preclinical findings demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity, including complete responses in multiple breast cancer models, along with a potentially differentiated safety profile compared to existing approaches. The company also indicated plans to advance the program toward an Investigational New Drug (IND) application in mid-2026, with clinical trials expected to begin in the second half of the year.
